Head of Performance Marketing & Traffic

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and hands‑on Head of Performance Marketing & Traffic to lead qualified traffic acquisition, customer acquisition and measurable digital growth across online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance‑marketing and traffic‑acquisition strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Display and retargeting.
• Plan, optimise and manage campaign budgets, audiences, bids, keywords, placements and media mix.
• Drive qualified website/app traffic, monitor ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR and conversion rates.
• Design remarketing, retargeting and audience‑segmentation programmes and conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, offers, CTAs and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Creative, E‑commerce, Campaign Marketing and Technology teams to improve performance.
• Ensure accurate tracking via GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTMs and conversion tracking and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on performance‑marketing and paid‑media experience.
• Proven experience managing budgets and optimising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
