Hostess Server – Front‑of‑House Team Member

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Hostess Server to join our front‑of‑house team at Roadhouse in Kathmandu. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage reservations and waitlists, and escort guests to their tables.
• Take food and beverage orders, serve meals, and process payments accurately.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the dining area.
• Support colleagues during peak periods and follow health‑and‑safety protocols.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude with reliability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, multitask and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in the local language and conversational English.
