Housekeeper (Full‑time)

About the role

DOOLWA Camps & Resorts is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join its on‑site team in the Mustang District. This full‑time position ensures that guest tents, cabins and common areas are clean, hygienic and welcoming, contributing to a memorable glamping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of guest accommodations and public spaces through sweeping, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces.
• Refresh amenities and restock supplies daily.
• Manage all laundry tasks, including washing, drying, ironing and folding linens and guest clothing.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and support the overall guest experience.
• Assist in training new team members on cleaning standards and safety procedures.
• Follow resort policies and environmentally‑friendly practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping, resorts, hotels or camps.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability to lift moderate loads and stand or walk for extended periods.

Required skills

• Laundry operations and handling of linens and garments.
• Use of cleaning equipment and appropriate detergents.
