About the role
The HR Associate will focus on managing Social Security Fund (SSF) processes, ensuring statutory compliance and supporting employee onboarding. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates interested in HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee registration, updates, and exit processes in the SSF system.
- Prepare and verify monthly SSF contribution data and maintain accurate records.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee KYC documents (Citizenship, PAN, bank details, photographs, etc.).
- Coordinate with employees regarding SSF enrollment, claims, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee files and statutory compliance records.
- Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and other employee‑related documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with SSF and labor regulations.
- Perform other SSF and HR administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in HRM, BBA, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship or experience in SSF, payroll, or HR operations is an advantage.
- Valid two‑wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in MS Word.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
