HR Officer – Recruitment

About the role

Kalash Services Pvt. Ltd., a leading BPO in Nepal, is seeking a proactive HR Officer focused on recruitment. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting overall HR operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, institutes and other channels.
• Review CVs, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand manpower needs and close vacancies on time.
• Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, orientation and induction for new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports and hiring trackers.
• Handle candidate and employee queries professionally throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment/HR experience, preferably in BPO or call‑center environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of recruitment practices and candidate sourcing channels.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
