Hub Incharge – Manage Operations & Delivery Teams

About the role

The Hub Incharge will lead the daily operations of the Kohalpur hub for Pathao Nepal, ensuring efficient processing of inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating delivery activities, and supervising delivery personnel. The role also includes merchant acquisition and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day hub workflow, including receiving, sorting, scanning, handling, dispatch and shipment processing.
• Utilise Hermes and third‑party logistics (3PL) systems for order creation, labeling and tracking.
• Recruit, onboard, train and monitor performance of delivery staff.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries to meet timeliness and quality standards.
• Manage fleet operations, COD collection, reconciliation, returns and cash submission.
• Prepare regular hub performance reports and track operational KPIs.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Acquire new merchants, retain existing ones and support shipment‑volume growth.
• Collaborate with regional, central, accounts, transportation and merchant support teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing hub or warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop delivery teams.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Hermes system.
• Familiarity with third‑party logistics (3PL) platforms.
