Human Resources Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in an IT company. This role offers hands‑on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and coordination activities. The intern will work closely with the HR team and support day‑to‑day HR functions while gaining practical experience in the technology industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and professional platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
