Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function. The role combines strategic HR planning with day‑to‑day operations, covering recruitment, employee engagement, learning, payroll, performance management and HR systems across hospitality, healthcare and manufacturing environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, processes and initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop the HR team to ensure effective service delivery.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Design and run employee engagement programmes to improve retention.
• Identify training needs, create annual learning plans and coordinate delivery.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance.
• Maintain and improve performance management processes, supporting managers with goal‑setting and reviews.
• Handle employee relations issues, grievances and disciplinary matters confidentially.
• Administer HR information in Tulip HR software, generate reports and resolve system issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 8‑10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with HR team leadership.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee engagement, learning & development, payroll and performance management.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in hospitality, healthcare or manufacturing.
• Experience working closely with senior management and driving HR initiatives.

• In‑depth knowledge of HR practices within hospitality, healthcare or manufacturing sectors.
• Proficiency with HR information systems, specifically Tulip HR software.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
