Inbound & Outbound Tour Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused Inbound & Outbound Tour Officer to manage and coordinate both domestic and international tour arrangements. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, preparing customized itineraries, quotations and ensuring seamless execution from booking to tour completion.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and bookings for inbound and outbound tours.
• Understand client travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
• Prepare customized itineraries, quotations and travel proposals.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, guides and other suppliers.
• Manage bookings, confirmations, amendments and cancellations.
• Arrange visas and travel documentation where applicable.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the booking process.
• Collaborate with international partners, DMCs and local suppliers.
• Ensure smooth coordination of accommodation, transportation, sightseeing and activities.
• Follow up on payments, pending confirmations and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, quotations and related documents.
• Assist in developing and promoting new tour packages.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in tour operations, travel consultancy or ticketing (advantageous).
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Experience with travel booking systems and online travel platforms.
