About the role

We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused IQOS Sales Coach to manage daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Maintain stock, inventory accuracy, and store expenses.
Manage store operations, billing, cash handling, stock and daily reporting.
Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
Engage with customers and provide product education and support.
Coordinate with field coaches and support brand activations.
Support customer onboarding and follow‑up activities, including hyper‑care calls.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
1–3 years of experience in retail, sales or customer service.
Strong communication, sales and organizational skills.
Fluency in English is preferred.
Customer‑focused and proactive attitude.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.

What we offer

Rs. 35,000 gross salary (with SSF benefits).
Additional sales‑based incentives.
