IT & ERP Executive

About the role

The IT & ERP Executive will manage day‑to‑day IT infrastructure operations, provide first‑level technical support, and assist with ERP system administration across multiple locations. The role ensures system availability, resolves hardware, network and basic ERP issues, and coordinates with vendors to maintain uninterrupted business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level IT support to employees, troubleshooting computers, printers and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose and resolve basic LAN/WAN network connectivity problems.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory and software license records.
• Assist with ERP user management, permission administration and routine system monitoring.
• Handle basic ERP user queries, identify data discrepancies and support functional issues.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors for updates, technical issues and complex problem resolution.
• Support employee onboarding, IT equipment provisioning and ERP training sessions.
• Monitor IT infrastructure health, perform preventive maintenance and escalate critical incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Prior hands‑on exposure to ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Strong foundational knowledge of IT hardware, networking and troubleshooting.
