IT Manager

About the role

The IT Manager will lead technology planning, implementation and maintenance for a property within Marriott International's Luxury Collection. Reporting to property leadership, the role ensures all IT systems support hospitality operations and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage property‑based hardware and software, including network operations, backup/recovery, and email systems.
• Maintain inventories, oversee procurement, and ensure compliance with licensing and brand policies.
• Coordinate with vendors, owners, and executive committees to resolve escalated issues.
• Develop and communicate system updates, user tips, and status reports to property staff.
• Lead IT projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion within budget.

Required profile

• BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
• 2‑4 years of experience in a similar IT management role, preferably within hospitality.
• Experience with IR Global Field Services or Marriott Systems Support is desirable.
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
