IT & System Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT & System Operations Manager to lead the design, implementation and maintenance of our technology landscape. The role oversees infrastructure, applications, security and DevOps practices to ensure reliable, secure and scalable services for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud platforms and enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Oversee implementation, integration and support of core business systems such as ERP and CRM, collaborating with business units to meet their requirements.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, conduct security audits, risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Lead the IT team, mentor staff and manage vendor relationships, contracts and service‑level agreements.
• Direct Kubernetes and container platforms, handling upgrades, capacity planning, monitoring and disaster recovery.
• Establish DevOps practices, manage CI/CD pipelines, promote Infrastructure as Code and automate repetitive tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications or a related technical field.
• 5–7 years of IT operations experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to plan strategically, manage risks and handle incident response under pressure.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
