Jr. Content Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Content Engineer to join our team in Chapali. In this role you will turn research topics into structured, SEO‑friendly content and support the automation of our content workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Research topics and convert them into articles, summaries, Q&A pages, and scripts.
• Translate complex research into clear, accessible outputs and review for accuracy, tone, and structure.
• Upload, format, and update content across multiple websites, maintaining categories, internal linking and SEO alignment.
• Coordinate tasks with writers, editors, designers and developers, tracking deliverables and deadlines.
• Identify repetitive workflows, assist in building AI‑assisted content pipelines, automation tools, dashboards and distribution systems.
• Document workflows, create SOPs and continuously improve internal processes.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English with high attention to detail.
• Structured thinking, ability to research, synthesize and communicate clearly.
• Organised, reliable and capable of managing multiple workflows.
• Comfortable learning new digital tools quickly.
