Junior Digital Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Digital Marketer to support our social media strategy. The role involves planning, publishing, engaging with audiences, and tracking performance across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop weekly and monthly content plans for social media.
• Create and maintain organized content calendars.
• Plan and produce various formats such as images, videos, reels, carousels, stories, and text posts.
• Write engaging captions, headlines, hashtags, and calls‑to‑action.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and writers.
• Review posts for spelling, formatting, links, tags, and visual quality before publishing.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience interests.
• Monitor reach, engagement, clicks, follower growth and basic performance metrics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.
• Maintain brand consistency and respond to comments or messages.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in social media marketing or related projects.
• Basic understanding of content planning and social media analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, platform features, and digital trends.
