Junior Sales Assistant – Digital Banking

About the role

The Junior Sales Assistant will support the Digital Banking Department in expanding business, integrating services, and driving revenue growth through direct sales and product cross‑selling. The role involves lead generation, client visits, onboarding, and preparing business reports while coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client visits, communications, follow‑ups, routine requests, and escalations.
• Promote and pitch digital banking products and services to drive revenue and business expansion.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase product awareness.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams for campaign planning, execution, and new product onboarding.
• Prepare routine and ad‑hoc MIS/business reports and share insights with relevant teams.
• Support business development, product adoption, and market expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management, IT, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial institution sales.

Required skills

• Good knowledge and use of AI tools for research and daily efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of mobile banking, APIs, and banking technology.
