Junior Technology Officer (Software/Hardware Support)

About the role

We are looking for a service‑oriented Junior Technology Officer to manage the software and hardware needs of our office. You will configure, maintain, and monitor technical solutions while assisting colleagues across all departments with their IT requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate hardware support requests.
• Maintain and update software solutions used within the company.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Install and configure software and computer systems.
• Guide users through technical issues and resolve problems.
• Maintain procedures, records, and reports; analyze logs for trends.
• Support implementation of new applications and solutions.
• Set up user accounts and assist with password or login problems.
• Track IT asset inventory.
• Monitor and maintain internal network infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless access points, internet connectivity).
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and coordinate with ISPs and vendors.
