Junior Video Editor

About the role

Pama Care International is seeking a creative Junior Video Editor to produce engaging digital content for its online presence and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to edit videos, design visual assets, and ensure a consistent brand experience across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form and long‑form videos for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Create cover images and promotional graphics for published video content.
• Add transitions, text overlays, subtitles, background music and simple visual effects as needed.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across all published content.
• Organise project files, media assets and completed content efficiently.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to meet campaign objectives and deadlines.
• Suggest creative improvements to enhance viewer engagement.

Required profile

• Basic experience in video editing.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora or Final Cut Pro.
• Understanding of pacing, storytelling and visual presentation.
• Ability to create clean visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Canva or similar tools.
• Good time‑management skills and attention to detail.
• Portfolio or sample of previous editing work is preferred.
