Key Account Manager – Lifestyle (Emerging)

About the role

We are looking for an Emerging Key Account Manager focused on the Lifestyle segment to drive growth with our top sellers and brand partners on the Daraz platform. You will act as the main point of contact, building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless experience for both sellers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key sellers and brand representatives, regularly visiting the market.
• Design and launch promotions and schemes that increase sales and add value for Daraz customers.
• Monitor industry trends, pricing, logistics, and emerging products to expand the Lifestyle portfolio.
• Ensure sellers meet operational KPIs such as order processing, customer communication, and stock management.
• Analyse performance data, generate reports for internal and external stakeholders, and identify growth opportunities.
• Proactively initiate category‑wide projects and hold stakeholders accountable through consistent follow‑up.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and regional members to align on strategy and execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management or Engineering.
• 1‑2 years of sales or related experience with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and the ability to produce data‑driven reports.
• Additional certifications in communication, marketing, or sales are a plus.
• Valid driving license and ownership of a two‑wheeler for market visits.
