Key Accounts Manager – Supply Chain (Health & Beauty)

About the role

The Key Accounts Manager will own the relationship with Daraz’s top sellers and brand representatives in the Health & Beauty category. You will drive business growth by creating promotions, expanding assortments and ensuring a seamless supply‑chain experience for both sellers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key Daraz sellers and brand reps.
• Design and launch promotions and schemes that boost sales and customer value.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, logistics and emerging brands to keep the catalogue fresh.
• Ensure sellers meet operational KPIs such as order processing, customer response and stock accuracy.
• Conduct monthly seller meetings, provide daily business updates and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, create performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare sales and marketing plans on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, aligning with brand partners.
• Visit warehouses (Daraz and seller) regularly to verify operations, especially during campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and regional members to improve the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or a related field where communication and negotiation skills were developed.
• Training or certifications in MS Office (especially Excel), communication, marketing or sales are desirable.
• Ability to produce clear, data‑supported reports.
• Additional certifications that enhance professional breadth are a plus.
• Must own a 2‑wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
