Lead .NET Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications that power hospitality and tourism businesses worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#.NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and REST APIs.
• Lead software architecture decisions and drive technical direction.
• Optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and overall application performance.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and uphold high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Business teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Modernize legacy systems using the latest .NET technologies and cloud platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional .NET development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#.NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and RESTful APIs.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, T‑SQL, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and code reviews.
• Experience in hospitality technology, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software is a plus.
