About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated fresher to join a leading company and build a successful career in the sales and business development field. This full‑time Management Trainee position offers hands‑on experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Support sales and business development activities.
- Identify and communicate with potential clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Assist in achieving assigned business targets.
- Prepare basic reports and follow up with clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree completed in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Must have a two‑wheeler (bike) and a valid driving license.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
