Management Trainee – Test Center Invigilator

About the role

The Management Trainee – Test Center Invigilator will support the smooth operation of a test centre, administering examinations, assisting candidates and ensuring test security. This position offers a chance to learn about educational consultancy and test centre management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and monitor examinations, prepare rooms and equipment, verify candidate identity and enforce test procedures.
• Provide candidate support, answer queries, guide them through schedules and centre rules, and handle concerns.
• Set up and check computers, ensure internet and software functionality, and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of test sessions, attendance and incidents, and assist with scheduling and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one in Management, Business Administration, Education or related field.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience or fresh graduate with strong communication and computer skills.
• Good English written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends or examination days as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Working knowledge of email, internet and basic computer applications.
