About the role
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and communicative Marketing & Customer Communication Executive to join our team in Kathmandu. The role involves handling customer queries, generating leads, and contributing ideas for digital marketing and content strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer queries via calls, emails, and other channels.
- Make outgoing calls to potential customers, follow up on leads, and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through online research, email outreach, social media, and other channels.
- Contribute fresh ideas for digital marketing campaigns, social media content, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Assist with digital marketing activities, including SEO, social media management, email marketing, and online promotions.
- Work closely with the team to plan and execute marketing activities.
