Marketing Executive – Laboratory Equipment

About the role

Helix Enterprises is an authorized trading and distribution company supplying laboratory, scientific and analytical equipment to diagnostic labs, universities, research institutes and industrial quality‑control units. We are seeking a Marketing Executive to build client relationships, promote our product portfolio and drive sales growth across institutional and private‑sector accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers in pathology labs, academic institutions, food/pharma/water‑testing labs and industrial units.
• Conduct regular field visits, product presentations and on‑site demonstrations for lab managers, procurement officers and technical heads.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and follow up until order closure.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of analytical instruments, lab consumables, glassware, chemicals and safety equipment.
• Prepare marketing materials such as catalogues, brochures, technical datasheets and product comparison sheets.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars and scientific conferences.
• Manage digital marketing activities including website content, social media, email campaigns and product listings.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in marketing or sales of laboratory or scientific equipment.
• Strong ability to develop client relationships and conduct field visits.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Good knowledge of laboratory product ranges and competitor offerings.
