Marketing Head – Furniture Finishing Industry

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Head to lead our furniture finishing business in Narayangarh, Chitwan. You will shape brand presence, drive sales growth and build lasting client relationships in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and attract new customers.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to boost sales and brand visibility.
• Promote our furniture products and services across relevant markets.
• Understand customer needs and deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Generate creative marketing ideas and explore new market approaches.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with sales and management teams to achieve business targets.
• Handle major clients and support long‑term business relationships.
• Plan and execute all marketing activities end‑to‑end.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the furniture or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative, confident, proactive and able to work independently.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with solid relationship‑building skills.
• Valid two‑wheeler and vehicle driving licence.

• Competitive salary of NPR 40,000–50,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
• Standard working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
