Marketing Lead – Product & Training Initiatives

About the role

We are looking for a confident Marketing Lead – Product & Training Initiatives to become the public face of an AI product across workshops, webinars, universities, events, product demos, tutorials, YouTube, communities, and creator programmes. This zero‑to‑one role will build the learning and education function from scratch while helping audiences understand, adopt, and confidently use the AI solution.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver hands‑on workshops, masterclasses and live demos for businesses, academic institutions and the public.
• Own webinars and product demos, managing topics, agendas, registration, delivery, Q&A and follow‑up.
• Create tutorials, walkthroughs, explainers and other educational content in English and Nepali.
• Develop YouTube videos, shorts and long‑form educational material, including scripting and editing.
• Brief, train and support KOLs, influencers, partners and event speakers with talking points and demo flows.
• Track registrations, attendance, trials and activation, coordinating with Sales and Customer Success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in training, education, community building, product marketing or integrated marketing.
• Strong portfolio of workshops, training programmes, videos or public‑facing content.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Nepali.
• Ability to simplify technical/AI concepts and present confidently on stage, in classrooms, webinars or on camera.

Required skills

• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and similar platforms.
• Google Workspace, Zoom/Google Meet and YouTube Studio.
• Notion or equivalent knowledge‑management tools.
• Canva, Figma and CapCut (or similar video‑editing tools).
• Basic understanding of camera, audio, lighting, presentation design and thumbnail creation.
