About the role

We are a leading FMCG and food industry company seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive brand growth and sales in Kathmandu. The role combines strategic planning, digital and trade marketing, and team leadership to support new product launches and market research.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Drive sales performance and strengthen brand presence.
  • Manage digital and trade marketing activities.
  • Support new product development and conduct market research.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and evaluate campaign ROI.
  • Lead, coordinate, and mentor the marketing team.
  • Prepare marketing reports and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 + years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or the food industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Good knowledge of brand, digital, and trade marketing.
  • Result‑oriented and creative mindset.
