Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead growth and brand marketing for our app. You will create campaigns that attract new users, improve engagement, and communicate the value of our product clearly across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for app growth and user acquisition.
• Plan campaigns across social media, paid ads, email, content, and partnerships.
• Create app-launch, feature-update, and promotional campaigns.
• Work with product and design teams to improve app messaging and onboarding.
• Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends.
• Manage social‑media presence and build an engaged user community.
• Coordinate content, creatives, influencers, and external marketing partners.
• Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all customer‑facing channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or app marketing.
• Strong understanding of user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Experience with paid advertising platforms and social‑media marketing.
• Ability to read marketing data and turn insights into actions.
• Strong communication, copywriting, and campaign‑planning skills.
• Familiarity with app‑store optimization (ASO) is a plus.
• Creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns.
• Ability to work closely with product, design, and development teams.
