Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans, strategies, and budgets.
• Plan and manage ATL, BTL, digital marketing, and brand activation campaigns.
• Organize and lead roadshows, test rides, exhibitions, product launches, and other promotional events.
• Manage social media, digital campaigns, and marketing-generated leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, PR agencies, influencers, and other external partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and recommend suitable actions.
• Work closely with dealers and the Sales team to plan and execute local and dealer-specific marketing activities.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and other marketing vendors.
• Ensure consistent brand guidelines and corporate identity across showrooms and other marketing touchpoints.
• Track campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and identify areas for improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Hands‑on experience in ATL/BTL marketing, event management, and brand activations.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong PR, communication, networking, and relationship‑management skills.
• Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and marketing campaign planning.
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and execution abilities.
• Experience in the automobile or two‑wheeler industry will be an added advantage.
