Marketing Manager – Performance & SEO

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own the marketing function, focusing on performance marketing and SEO to drive paid acquisition, organic growth, and revenue for our cloud‑based business phone system.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, Microsoft, and LinkedIn while meeting CAC and ROAS targets.
• Develop and execute SEO strategy, including keyword research, on‑page and technical optimization, and content briefs.
• Allocate and forecast marketing budget across channels, reallocating spend toward the highest‑performing tactics.
• Collaborate with product and design teams on landing‑page CRO and A/B testing.
• Maintain conversion tracking and attribution health using GA4, Google Ads, Meta CAPI, and Microsoft UET.
• Own go‑to‑market positioning, messaging, demand‑generation campaigns, ABM initiatives, and nurture flows.
• Plan and deliver events and webinars, tying results to pipeline and revenue reporting.

Required profile

• 4+ years of marketing experience in a SaaS or subscription business, with 2–3 years hands‑on paid acquisition.
• Direct accountability for a monthly ad budget and proven CAC/ROAS results.
• Hands‑on fluency with Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn ad platforms.
• Strong SEO expertise covering on‑page, technical, and content‑led optimization.
• Experience with lead attribution, website conversion tracking, and marketing automation workflows.
