Mart Supervisor

About the role

The Mart Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow, and delivering excellent customer service. This role leads a team of store staff, collaborates with multiple departments, and drives performance improvements to meet business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily store operations, including inventory, stock control, and merchandising.
• Lead, train, and motivate store teams to achieve sales and service targets.
• Coordinate activities with procurement, warehouse, finance, and sales departments.
• Monitor sales performance and implement operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or supermarket operations.
• Preferably experience as an Area Manager in retail or FMCG.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and MS Office.
