Media & Content Executive

About the role

The academy is looking for an energetic Media & Content Executive to lead its digital presence. You will create visual and written content, manage social platforms, and support student admissions through engaging marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Capture photos and videos of practical classes, workshops, and lab sessions and produce short‑form videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and similar platforms.
• Develop promotional visuals and copy for courses, certifications and academy events.
• Handle student inquiries via calls, messages, social media, website forms and walk‑ins, explaining course details, fees, schedules and career prospects.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other official channels, planning content calendars, running promotions and interacting with the online community.
• Coordinate with instructors for photo/video shoots and adjust working hours to cover early practical sessions or live demonstrations.

Required profile

• Prior experience in marketing, social media management, content creation or admissions handling, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English, with strong student‑counselling and follow‑up abilities.
• Proactive, organized, self‑motivated and comfortable working directly with students and clients.
• Willingness to adjust working hours for early practical classes or special events.

Required skills

• Smartphone photography and videography.
• Proficiency with mobile editing tools such as CapCut, Canva or InShot.
