Media Implementation Assistant

About the role

The Media Implementation Assistant will support the team in media administration, ensuring accurate loading, reconciliation and finance reporting across client accounts. This entry‑level position offers comprehensive training and on‑the‑job learning.

Key responsibilities

• Load booked media activity into the SMD finance system within 48 hours of confirmation, ensuring absolute accuracy.
• Perform end‑of‑month media finance proforma checks and complete financial reporting (PO trackers, budget reconciliation) on time.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships through clear communication with media partners, agency clients, finance and billing teams.
• Respond to account queries within 48 hours and support ad‑hoc reporting requests.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
