Meta & Google Ads Executive

About the role

We are seeking an analytical Meta & Google Ads Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to support campaign strategy.
• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising dashboards.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high‑performing ad creatives.
• Ensure proper tracking implementation, pixel setup, and conversion attribution.
• Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and present insights and optimization recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion attribution.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
