Mid-Level Frontend Developer (React/Next.js)

About the role

We are seeking a Mid‑Level Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Next.js to maintain, improve, and expand our existing web applications. The ideal candidate will work with an established codebase, resolve frontend bugs, enhance performance, and implement new features while preserving existing functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance current React.js and Next.js applications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and fix frontend bugs.
• Develop new features based on business requirements.
• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, reusable components.
• Integrate frontend code with REST APIs and handle loading states, validation, and error messages.
• Refactor code while ensuring backward compatibility.
• Manage application state using appropriate state‑management tools.
• Test frontend changes before deployment.
• Resolve browser compatibility and responsive layout issues.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, project managers, and QA teams.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards.
• Maintain technical documentation for significant changes.
• Use Git for source‑code management and team collaboration.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Mid‑Level expertise with React.js and Next.js.
• Proven ability to work with an existing codebase and deliver new features without breaking functionality.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for debugging and performance optimisation.
