MIS & Calling Executive

About the role

We are seeking an MIS & Calling Executive to manage outbound calls, maintain daily MIS reports, and coordinate with internal teams. The role involves data handling, reporting, and ensuring effective communication with customers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers/clients for follow-ups, information collection, and coordination.
• Maintain and update daily MIS reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Prepare, organize, and analyze calling and performance data.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely follow‑up on assigned tasks.
• Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders through phone and other channels.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with good communication skills.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, cold calling, customer follow‑up, telesales, or coordination.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong cold calling and follow‑up skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Nepali, both written and verbal.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
