About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical and tech‑savvy MIS Executive to manage business data and turn it into actionable reports and insights for Aircon Nepal.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Sales and Service departments.
  • Manage and organize large datasets using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Create dashboards and performance summaries using Pivot Tables and formulas.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all business data.
  • Support data collection and reporting automation across departments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline reporting processes.
  • Generate analytical reports to support management decision‑making.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting records.

Required profile

  • Detail‑oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Tech‑savvy with strong focus on data accuracy.
  • Ability to support management decision‑making through structured MIS reporting.
  • Excellent coordination skills to work with internal teams.
