Mobile Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager (Mobile) will lead mobile‑focused marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention for client organisations. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with product, design and sales teams to align mobile marketing with overall business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute mobile marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Manage app store optimisation (ASO) to improve visibility and conversion.
• Analyse performance metrics, conduct A/B testing and optimise ROI.
• Collaborate with product, design and sales teams to ensure brand‑consistent messaging.
• Oversee content creation and creative assets for mobile channels.
• Manage digital advertising budgets for mobile platforms.
• Stay up‑to‑date with mobile marketing trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in mobile marketing, user acquisition or related fields.
• Proven experience managing mobile apps or mobile‑first products, including ASO.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with the Kathmandu market and experience in HR, consulting or professional services is a plus.
