About the role

Kidzee Nepal is looking for a passionate Montessori & Preschool Teacher to join our Sitapaila campus. You will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of young children.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate lesson plans using Montessori methods, phonics, and rhymes.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and confidence.
• Support children’s development across social, emotional, physical, and cognitive domains.
• Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Communicate regularly with parents about child development and milestones.
• Maintain a clean, organized, child‑friendly classroom and assist with daily routines such as snack, play, and rest periods.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional training.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to plan curriculum and activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Strong background in Montessori teaching techniques.
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young learners.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with parents and staff.
