Motion Graphic Designer

About the role

The Motion Graphic Designer position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Kathmandu. You will create motion graphics, animated assets, and visual elements for digital products, marketing campaigns, and brand communication, working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to define visual requirements.
• Conceptualise storyboards and design graphics and layouts for animated content.
• Produce animated videos, motion‑based assets, and visual storytelling pieces.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
• Optimise assets for various platforms and screen sizes.
• Manage project timelines and prepare files for production.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong skills in motion design and motion graphics.
• Practical experience in video production, including editing and compositing.
• Solid capabilities in graphic design for both static and dynamic assets.
• Good visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
• Preferably a diploma or degree in Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
