Music Class Coordinator & Lead Management Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Music Class Coordinator & Lead Management Executive to handle student inquiries, coordinate music class schedules, and manage lead follow‑up. The role combines customer service with administrative coordination to ensure smooth operation of our music programs.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to music class leads and inquiries received via Facebook, phone, forms and other digital channels.
• Contact prospective students and parents, understand their needs and provide information about available classes.
• Coordinate class schedules, student enrollment, attendance tracking and related communications.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with interested students until enrollment is confirmed.
• Work closely with music teachers to align schedules, student requirements and daily activities.
• Keep accurate records of leads, follow‑ups, enrollments and student information.
• Support promotional activities and basic digital communication for music programs.
• Assist in organizing trial classes, workshops, events and special programs.
• Prepare daily reports on leads, calls, follow‑ups, enrollments and class coordination.

Required profile

• Friendly, energetic and digitally comfortable.
• Genuine interest in music or a music hobby.
• Confident communicator with students, parents and customers.
• Enjoys working directly with students and providing a welcoming experience.
• Organized, responsible, punctual and target‑oriented.
• Own two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using social media platforms and messaging apps (Messenger, WhatsApp).
• Basic office software literacy.
