About the role
mPathshala is expanding its education technology team and seeks a .Net Developer – Team Lead. The role combines hands‑on development with technical leadership to deliver scalable school and college management solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC.
- Create, optimise, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures and complex queries.
- Analyse client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in full software lifecycle activities: design, coding, testing, deployment and monitoring.
- Ensure code quality, enforce best practices and conduct peer code reviews.
- Lead and coordinate a development team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in .NET development.
- Proven ability to lead a small technical team.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication in English.
