Odoo ERP Consultant

About the role

Blueaxoma is looking for a full‑time remote Odoo ERP Consultant to guide restaurant and hospitality clients through the implementation and optimisation of Odoo solutions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into functional ERP configurations and ensure successful go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse restaurant and hospitality business processes and document requirements.
• Configure, customise and test Odoo modules to match client workflows.
• Lead user training sessions and produce clear functional documentation.
• Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with global teams using agile project methodologies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of business process design and optimisation in hospitality environments.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP implementations, from requirements gathering to go‑live.
• Knowledge of finance processes such as invoicing, billing and basic accounting within an ERP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality or SaaS sectors is a plus.
