Off-Page GEO / SEO Executive

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Off-Page GEO / SEO Executive to lead link‑building initiatives and enhance authority across traditional and AI‑driven search platforms. The role focuses on creating high‑quality backlinks and developing GEO/AEO strategies for multiple client niches.

Key responsibilities

• Build high‑quality backlinks through guest posts, niche edits, citations, directories, forums, and resource‑page links.
• Audit backlink profiles, identify toxic links, and manage Google disavow files when needed.
• Develop off‑page strategies targeting both traditional SEO and emerging GEO/AI search visibility.
• Use SEMrush and Ubersuggest for backlink research, competitor analysis, and opportunity identification.
• Collaborate with content and on‑page SEO teams to align link targets with priority pages.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on backlink growth, authority metrics, rankings, and referral performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on off‑page SEO/GEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to conduct backlink toxicity analysis and manage the Google Disavow process.
• Experience working across multiple industries or client niches.
• Portfolio or evidence of previous SEO results.
• Ability to commute to Tahachal, Kathmandu.

Required skills

• Advanced working knowledge of SEMrush.
• Advanced working knowledge of Ubersuggest.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console and rank‑tracking tools.
