Office Runner

About the role

Pharma Life is seeking a reliable Office Runner to support its Accounts and Administration team. The role involves handling cash, cheques, and official documents while traveling to banks, tax offices and other government agencies in Kathmandu.

Key responsibilities

• Visit banks for cash and cheque deposits, withdrawals and other banking activities.
• Submit tax documents, make tax payments and complete procedures at tax and government offices.
• Deliver and collect company documents, letters, invoices, cheques and other important paperwork.
• Coordinate with the Accounts and Administration departments for bank‑related and government‑related tasks.
• Collect receipts, acknowledgement letters, certificates and follow up on pending applications.
• Maintain accurate records of all documents and cash handled.
• Safely handle confidential materials and perform other office‑running duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Reliable, responsible and active individual.
• Own a motorcycle or bike for commuting.
• Ability to manage banking, tax and government office errands.
• Good record‑keeping and attention to detail.
