Operation Representative

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as Operation Representatives. This position involves handling customer inquiries, managing email communications, and providing accurate information to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to customer queries promptly.
• Draft and reply to emails with clear and professional communication.
• Provide accurate information and support to customers.
• Adapt to flexible working hours, covering shifts from 9 am‑5 pm, 10 am‑6 pm or 11 am‑7 pm as needed.
• Work a minimum of 4 hours on Saturdays with a substitute full‑day off the following week.
• Work a minimum of 4 hours on public holidays with overtime compensation.

Required profile

• Own a two‑wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Monthly salary ranging from 17,000 to 20,000 (local currency).
