Operations Associate (Trainee)

About the role

The Operations Associate is an entry‑level, contractual position supporting the day‑to‑day activities of Nepal Digital Payments Company Limited. The role is designed for candidates with minimal or no prior experience who are eager to develop a career in operations within the digital payments sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to merchants and monitor their activities.
• Assist agents, track their performance and coordinate related tasks.
• Collaborate with various internal entities to ensure smooth service operations.
• Monitor call centre operations and facilitate customer verification processes.
• Track inventory levels and place supply orders for the department.
• Ensure daily organizational operations run smoothly and handle any ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least Higher Secondary Education (+2) from a recognized institution.
• Minimal to no prior work experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational abilities.
