Operations Executive – Implementation (Hospital IT)

About the role

Midas Health Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive Operations Executive – Implementation to lead the deployment and operational delivery of Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS) across client hospitals. You will collaborate with hospital stakeholders and internal technical teams to translate workflows into system configurations and ensure successful go‑live and post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end HMIS implementation, including requirement gathering, workflow mapping, configuration, testing, UAT, go‑live, and stabilization.
• Work with doctors, nurses, laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, billing, insurance, and administration teams to capture operational needs.
• Coordinate with technical, development, QA, and support teams for timely configuration, issue resolution, and deployment.
• Assist with data migration, validation, reconciliation, workflow testing, and report verification.
• Conduct system demonstrations, user training, and support UAT.
• Manage go‑live activities and provide on‑site or remote support during stabilization and hyper‑care periods.
• Monitor client issues, incidents, and operational challenges, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Handle change requests, system enhancements, patches, upgrades, and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HMIS, healthcare IT, software implementation, ERP deployment, hospital operations or system support.
• Good understanding of hospital workflows and healthcare operations.
• Experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, UAT, user training, documentation and client coordination is preferred.
