Operations Executive – Implementation

About the role

Midas Health Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive Operations Executive – Implementation to lead the deployment and operational delivery of Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS) across client hospitals in Kathmandu. You will act as the bridge between hospital stakeholders and internal technical teams, ensuring smooth configuration, testing, go‑live and post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end HMIS implementation: requirement gathering, workflow mapping, configuration, testing, UAT, go‑live and stabilization.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, billing, insurance and administration teams to capture operational needs.
• Translate hospital workflows into system configurations and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with technical, development, QA and support teams for timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Support module‑wise rollout of OPD, IPD, Emergency, OT, Billing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, EMR and other HMIS components.
• Assist with data migration, validation, reconciliation, workflow testing and report verification.
• Conduct system demonstrations, user training and support UAT activities.
• Manage go‑live activities, on‑site/remote hyper‑care support, incident monitoring and SLA adherence.
• Handle change requests, patches, upgrades and minor enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive implementation documentation and provide regular project updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HMIS/Healthcare IT, software implementation, ERP deployment or hospital operations.
• Good understanding of hospital workflows and healthcare operations.
• Experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, UAT, user training and client coordination is preferred.
